Placing an order

If you wish to place an order through this website the following terms must be adhered to in order for us to process your order efficiently.

Information such as your full name, email address, contact number, billing and delivery address and payment details will be required to process an order. Please note it is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card.

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please email us at

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, La Casa del Caffe will not refund your payment. Should you wish us to re-send the package, you will incur an additional delivery charge.

La Casa del Caffe cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and we will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. If a product is out of stock you will be notified and provided with the scheduled delivery date.

If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the La Casa del Caffe website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice and we will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images and pricing. All prices quoted on this website or via email are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. We currently only deliver within Australia and products are subject to availability.

During holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year there will be delays in dispatching orders. Notification will be made on the homepage with dates of office closures and reopening.


Refund Policy

Please note that all claims regarding refund or exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

At the present time, we only accept orders from customers who live in Australia. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post at a flate rate of $10.00, this fee covers all handling and delivery charges for regular items.

Our Free Delivery of 2kg of coffee or more includes only coffee beans or ground coffee that is packaged in 1kg bags and 2 or more bags must be purchased for the offer to be valid.

If for any reason La Casa del Caffe cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 2 working days of your order being received and organise for a refund or another product selection.

Large Items

We have a large item handling fee of between $20 - $50 (depending on the size and weight of the item) mostly for coffee machines and grinders

Remote Areas

There are additional delivery fees for more remote parts of Australia for instance Western Australia, Northern Territory and other areas especially when shipping higher volume/weight.  

A Remote Area Shipping Surcharge of $25 to deliveries to WA, NT and TAS on our 6x1kg Bulk package. We require a physical address not a PO Box. An alternative is to order the 2x1kg for $60 package and free shipping will still apply.
