1883 VANILLA CAPPUCCINO
10ml 1883 Vanilla syrup
a shot of la Casa del Caffe espresso, try Tazza Dóro
240ml whole milk
Heat milk to a silky-smooth foam with a steam nozzle. Pour the syrup into a cappuccino cup and pull a shot of espresso, then pour the hot milk into the espresso. Garnish by dusting the top with chocolate powder, cinnamon or nutmeg.
VANILLA or CARAMEL MACHIATTO
a shot of la Casa del Caffe espresso, try la Casa blend
10ml of 1883 Vanilla or Caramel syrup
90ml milk foam
Pour the chilled milk into a milk jug with the syrup. Foam with a steam wand to obtain a creamy, even consistency. Pour into a toddy glass, and pull the espresso over it. Garnish with half a vanilla pod.
5ml 1883 Butterscotch syrup
a shot of espresso - try our Honduras Fairtrade
240ml of milk
5ml 1883 Caramel syrup
Heat milk to a silky-smooth foam with a steam nozzle. Pour the butterscotch syrup into a latte glass, and pull an espresso of the top. Then pour the hot milk finishing with latte art, try the heart or rosetta. Garnish with a swirl of caramel syrup over the top.
